In this role, as a key member of our TELUS Health team, you will be at the forefront of providing excellent customer support as it relates testing, training, providing timely follow-up and, implementation activities. In this position you will be joining a growing team Analysts transforming & converting health data for Canadian doctors to a TELUS EMR (Electronic Medical Record). This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience and skillet within an innovative and collaborative environment. Your work will be crucial to the success of the EMR platform within TELUS Health!

Here’s how…

As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Meet with clients to conduct requirements gathering and perform validation in-person and over teleconference
  • Facilitate data review sessions with Physicians
  • Assess impacts and trends of potential client pain points to propose feasible solutions to the data team
  • Ensure internal and external customers receive timely and accurate project information and status updates
  • Handle all migration issues with tact and diplomacy, working as an advocate for our internal and external clients
  • Develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels to build consensus
  • Follow up on the outcome of data issues found during review sessions
  • Work with various teams to identify roadblocks, resolve issues, track go-live dates and ensure timely completion for each project

  • Proven ability to craft positive, concise written communications
  • Capable of listening and interpreting client feedback to understand workflow and identify any potential issues with migration
  • Highly collaborative, a persuasive presentation style, and polished communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Great-to-haves:
  • Agile & Project Management skills
  • Medical experience or clinical workflow as asset
  • Awareness of data migration standards

Required Experience:

  • 2 years of minimum experience working with EMRs or Clinical Data or Clinical Workflow or Healthcare industry
