Telus Health and Provider Solutions is currently searching for a Sales Administrator. Acting as Systems Specialist and Advisor to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will support the execution of our Business Plan and help the Account Managers exceed their sales targets for Electronic Medical Record (EMR) services and software in the private and the public sectors. A lover of data, you will track sales team’s revenue, create, manage and prepare opportunities as well as provide weekly dashboards and reports by leveraging our CRM tool, Salesforce.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales support to the Quebec EMR Sales team composed of Account Managers, Inside Sales Technicians and Customer Relation Managers
  • Lead role as a Salesforce administrator, managing and updating accounts, coordinating sales activity, contracts and lead management, reporting and leveraging Salesforce capabilities
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and key stakeholders in other internal departments to ensure optimal flow of quality information
  • Assign and follow-up on tasks and activities to provide exceptional customer service, e.g. solving billing problems, performing credit approvals and reimbursements, providing accurate information to enable post-sale teams and all implementation related activities
  • Work closely with Inside Sales Technicians to respond to and manage new online or telephone sales inquiries as first point of contact
  • Own all Salesforce dashboards, sales reports (preparation, development, maintenance, coordination, and generation) and CRM improvement related initiatives
  • Assist Account Managers in attending external sales presentations, sales events, conferences, and trade shows as needed
  • Develops and maintains exceptional customer service at all times by establishing positive and professional relationships with external and internal partners
  • Any, and all other necessary sales administrative functions

Qualifications

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce CRM and of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must possess strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills as well as excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in both English and French language skills (reading, writing, and spoken)
  • Working knowledge of private medical practice workflow and operational issues, a plus
  • Working knowledge of healthcare reforms, payer markets and consumer-centric IT, a plus
Required Experience:
  • Practical knowledge of business processes related to sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or 5+ years equivalent experience in professional or healthcare business-oriented industry, a plus
  • Experience with EMR or other application software sales, desirable
