Techniglobe is recruiting a relocation manager for a renowned customer specialized in transport. Relocation manager will be in charge of coordinating all of the relocation and the immigration process. He works with his team and suppliers to ensure the success of the processes and customer satisfaction. Terms Status: permanent position with excellent conditions (Insurance Plan and pension funds).
Salary: Annual with bonus Main Responsibilities – Manage service providers for all aspects of relocation, (sale and purchase of home, and the transportation of goods); – Manage the inventory of properties (maintenance costs and gains / losses on the sale potential properties); – Dealing with the help of a law firm specializing in immigration law, the various applications and documents related to this process; – Participate in the annual production of the T4 and W2 tax forms for all staff who are assigned to cross-border activities, including employees working in Canada and the US; – Work with staff to analyze the tax results and ensure the receipt and payment of all sums due; – Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure the performance standards. Required profile – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent, – Possess 7 years of relevant experience in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience; – Have worked on relocation projects – strong asset; – Strong financial knowledge; – Strong analytical skills and problem solving; – Being able to anticipate problems and to find solutions to improve company policies; – Demonstrate great attention to confidentiality and impartiality, tact and diplomacy; – Be able to communicate with managers at all levels and develop professional relationships; – Have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as skills for networking; – Demonstrate experience in managing difficult situations and ally with relevant stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality; – Excel in a dynamic environment where abundant workload is accompanied by tight deadlines and high expectations; – Ability to work on multiple files simultaneously in.
