Downtown real estate tenant rep company requires a Jr Real Estate Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities of this role will include the following:

• Support brokerage team through the coordination and management of the transaction process
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, letters and reports for clients and prospects
• Conduct market information research and prepare market surveys and overviews when required
• Prepare financial analysis comparing multiple lease and purchase options
• Maintain and update databases and client files as required
• Attend client events as required including meetings, presentations, and building tours

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Fluency with technology (minimum Word, PowerPoint, & Excel)
• In depth understanding of excel and financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt to and balance multiple and changing priorities with tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in commercial real estate sector or related industry is considered a strong asset.
• Four year university degree (BBA or Bcom preferred)
