Tata Steel Canada is currently inviting applications for the position of Plant Administration Coordinator to join their highly skilled team to work a 2 week on/off rotation to and from Schefferville, Quebec.
Reporting to the Superintendent, Plant & Camp Maintenance, the coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Major Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a single manpower schedule for all hourly and staff employees, including Operations & Maintenance
Develop and maintain a single vacation schedule for all hourly and staff employees
Assist the supervisor with the production of weekly time sheets
Process service requests in the system for various acquisitions
Collect data and develop spreadsheets or presentations related to business operations (costs, production, etc.)
Assist in the preparation of correspondence and reports
Take meeting minutes and submit them
Provide administrative support to management
Assist with the preparation of site visits and meetings
Required qualifications and competencies
Post-secondary education in office management or business
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Excellent communication skills in both English and French (oral & written)
Experience in an engineering, construction or project-based company, a definite asset

or proceed with Standard Application Form.
