Seeking highly qualified Project Coordinator reporting directly to the CEO. This is a very senior level role and the ideal candidate must possess inherent intelligence, analytical skills and poise to manage the many challenges and situations that will arise on a daily basis. Must be fluent in English and French, both verbal and written.
Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Responsibilities:
Schedule Management

  • Coordinate pathways on behalf of CEO to facilitate inter-departmental communication objectives and deliverables to senior management executives
  • Monitor inter-company and company group project deliverables and report to CEO
  • Provide review and analysis of financial and legal documents
  • Coordinate the CEOs administrative functions; prioritizing communications, ensure that project deliverables, reportables, deadlines, and other duties of the management executives are carried out seamlessly.
  • Monitor the output of the company group executives and facilitate the communication directives of the CEO
  • Arrange administrative travel arrangements for CEO, coordinating flights, accommodations and other itinerary specifics as required
  • Generate executive reports, spreadsheets and maintain databases
  • Perform research and analysis as directed
  • Monitor all reporting and submission requirements for the organization in conjunction with the CEO
  • Monitor financial reportables to CEO, phone calls, take requests for meetings and coordinate all aspects of project communication as necessary. Must be organized, have exceptional attention to detail and possess effective communication skills.

Records and Reports

  • Generate executive reports, spreadsheets and maintain databases
  • Perform research and analysis as directed

Gatekeeping

  • Monitor all reporting and submission requirements for the organization in conjunction with the CEO
  • Monitor financial reportables to CEO, phone calls, take requests for meetings and coordinate all aspects of project communication as necessary. Must be organized, have exceptional attention to detail and possess effective communication skills

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of experience working with Executive management
  • Bachelors / Masters Degree strongly preferred in one of the following fields
  • Business administration
  • Finance & Commerce
  • Asset Management
  • Law
  • Project Management
  • High Level GPA
  • Detail oriented, self motivated and highly organized
  • Poised and able to manage under stress and minimal supervision
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Must possess the utmost level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience multitasking with the ability to handle changing priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, intuitive, and resourceful with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;, Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Familiarity with Mac environment an asset
  • International and domestic travel required
