Vibro-Acoustics, a Swegon Group Company is recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our team at our office conveniently located in Markham, ON. Reporting to the Noise Control Operations Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of orders for our Noise Control division from reviewing orders, approval of products with customers and managing/facilitating deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Review and manage orders entered by the Application Team
• Coordinate with the Design Group on the creation of approval drawings and issue them to customers
• Coordinate changes required by customers to the Application Team, receive manufacturing requests and create shop releases for designers to issue manufacturing drawings to the plants
• Coordinate product deliveries with customers directly and provide timely updates on the status and development of projects
• Establish, develop and cultivate excellent working relationships with customers
• Maintain best practices in business professionalism, communication, customer service and knowledge of Vibro-Acoustics line of products, solutions and services
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and team members from Design, Technical Sales and Project Management

Qualifications/Skills:

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project coordination or customer service experience is required
• Deadline driven – extra time spent in the office may be required to complete assigned tasks within an established deadline
• Highly motivated and results-driven with great time-management and prioritization skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Personable, charismatic and professional business acumen
• Experience with Mechanical / HVAC commercial, industrial equipment or systems is a strong asset
