Our District Managers:

  • Maximize productivity, inventory, integrity, and

accountability to positively impact profits

  • Maintain key performance indicators, identify problems

and negative trends, and ensuring accurate and timely
compliance with policies, administrative processing and
reporting

  • Evaluate, develop and promote high performing

associates to support our promote from within culture

  • Facilitate Surplus Furniture’s expansion program by

identifying future real estate and coordinating new
retail store openings

  • Proven experience in driving sales and managing the

overall team selling effort in a multi-unit commissioned
environment.

  • Exceptional business skills and exposure to all areas

of the retail business model.

  • Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, strategic and

proven ability to drive the business

  • Ability to relate and demonstrate proven adaptability

and flexibility to all levels within an organization
from sales to executive levels.

  • Hands on management style and ability to develop

strong working relationships with a strong staff and
customer focus/orientation.

  • Geographical Flexibility – ability to travel as

required. Time Flexibility – ability to work during peak
periods as required.

  • Minimum two years of multi-unit management experience
