Position Details

As SureHire’s Coordinator, People Services you will be an integral part of our People Services team by providing the generation and management of People Services documents & reports as well as manage the full cycle recruitment process for a majority of roles within the organization.

This is a full-time temporary 1-year contract opportunity, based at SureHire’s Corporate Office in south Edmonton. Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm .

Responsibilities

  • Manage all job postings
  • Full cycle recruitment for all junior & intermediate roles
  • Orientation preparation & completion for all new hires & return to works
  • Processing of applicable People Services documents
  • Database administration (ADP)
  • Preparation & maintenance of People Services reports
  • Maintenance of personnel files

Qualifications

To be successful in this position you will need:

Personal Skills & Abilities

  • General knowledge of Human Resource functions related to: Recruitment & Selection, Benefits and Payroll;
  • Familiar with federal and provincial employment standards and employment legislation;
  • Professional verbal and written business communication skills;
  • Demonstrates excellence in multi-tasking, time management, and prioritizing competing priorities within a fast paced environment;
  • Ability to handle difficult and tricky conversations;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Has a strong grasp on business ethics and ethical workplace behaviour;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Problem-solving skills.

Education

A certificate or diploma in Human Resource Management considered a strong asset.

Experience

Minimum 2 years’ Administration experience, 1 year Human Resources experience.
