The food and beverage department are responsible for providing superb guest service in the areas of food preparation and front end guest service whether it be in Masa’s Bar and Grill, Bento’s Cafeteria, Café Soliel, Sunburst Restaurant, Umbrella Café and The Club. Masa’s Bar + Grill is located in the Village Day Lodge and a great place to stop for a quick, pub style lunch, a family friendly dinner or hang out with friends to watch the game on the big screen. Under the guidance of the Food and Beverage Manager, you will receive a fun, interactive and teamwork oriented job experience to jump start your hospitality career.

Your Responsibilities Will Include • Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and present them with a menu
• Inform guests about the daily specials and any changes in the menu
• Make food and beverage suggestions and try to upsell
• Be knowledgeable of the menu and how food items are prepared
• Take and relay orders into the POS in an efficient manner
• Serve food and beverages to guests as per the course of order
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
• Be knowledgeable about products and services available at the resort Ideal Candidates • Excellent communication skills required

• Ability and experience working in a team environment is mandatory
• Cash handling experience is an asset
