Role Summary:
The Dealer Operations Team supports our Career Sales Force (CSF) advisors in the administration of our market based wealth business. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) working within the Dealer Operations area, you will provide service and support to our CSF advisors through the daily processing and administration of transactions related to our Mutual Fund and/or Segregated Fund business.

Main Accountabilities:
Handle incoming inquiries and requests for Wealth Management Dealer Operations

Provide efficient and effective quality service to advisors

Process transactions submitted by advisors

Communicate daily with advisors, other CSR’s and fund companies via phone or email

Develop and maintain good advisor relationships while ensuring confidentiality

Review documents to ensure data is correct and within specified terms and obtaining, verifying or requesting missing or incomplete data with the advisor

Handle transfer calls from our Customer Care Centre

Competencies:
Excellent customer service

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Solid ability to organize and prioritize

Experience with PC applications in a Windows environment

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Assets:
Knowledge of mutual and/or segregated funds

Experience in a customer service environment

Previous office experience

Bilingual

Notes/Unique Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours

Overtime could be required as dictated by workload

Testing on basic math, keyboarding, and windows may be required

Completion of IFIC course in first year
