What Sets Us Apart?
Work Mondays to Fridays between 37.5 – 40 hours from 8am to 8pm – No week-ends
Annual base salary equal to $19.74 hourly with progressive increases based on performance reaching up to $21.80 hourly within 2 years (annual increases based on performance onward)
Performance based annual bonus up to $5,600, paid quarterly
Permanent full time position with benefits eligible from start date

As a Client Service Representative you will:
Provide a “World Class Call” customer service in assisting clients with their inquiries about our products, services, policies and claims (inbound calls)
Solve client’s inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Seek opportunities to proactively provide clients with additional information on SLF products & services available to them
Fairly measured on overall quality and efficiency metrics
Work collaboratively as a part of a dynamic team to continuously learn, improve and grow
