For our head office in Montreal, we are now looking for a Software QA Analyst to join our team.

In this role you’ll be responsible to create the entire automated testing process, implement and streamline clear processes, determine course of action, analyze results and determine outputs.

To be more specific, you’ll:

• Document, write and execute use cases and test cases;
• Create quality test documents such as traceability matrix, Test Plans, Defect reports;
• Design, prioritize, and implement test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures;
• Analyze, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative findings from tests;
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track results.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• 3+ years experience in a similar role;
• Experience with Automation tools;
• Agile defect management;
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate issues and log defects in a coherent manner;
• Team player, proactive;
• Problem solver, accountable and result oriented attitude.
