Job Description

Responsable du soutien quotidien des unités Institutional Investment Services (IIS), point de contact secondaire pour les questions et les demandes des unités fonctionnelles. Aide les services de coordination d’équipe pour les fonds/lancements de produits/conversions, restructure et interagit avec le service à la clientèle, les Opérations comptables et les centres d’excellence (COE) mondiaux pour ce qui est de l’ensemble des services qu’ils offrent à leurs clients. Le soutien à la clientèle IIS est chargé de la gestion des risques et de la conformité interne, en lien avec les relations clients qui lui sont attribuées, ainsi que de la coordination (avec les COE, services à la clientèle et Opérations comptables pertinents) de tous les rapports clients particuliers qui seraient nécessaires. Le soutien à la clientèle IIS dirige les projets de formation, de maintien des relations avec les domaines de soutien IIS, dont SAS et GSS, ainsi que l’équipe de soutien aux nouveaux comptes.

Responsabilités:
Accomplir les opérations et processus attribués au quotidien, y compris, entres autres: Configuration de nouveaux fonds, ouvertures de séance, fermetures de fonds, demandes d’ID
S’approprier pleinement les billets qui lui sont attribués et fournir une résolution exacte, en temps opportun.
Examiner les demandes des clients internes
Participer à l’administration des comptes, y compris les ouvertures de compte, la mise en place de la facturation, le recouvrement des trop-perçus, la documentation fiscale, les ouvertures/fermetures/mises à jour de séance, l’accès au système/l’administration des identifiants, et la mise en place FAR.
Participer au soutien en ligne pour plusieurs applications destinées aux clients.
S’assurer de la production de rapports exacts et opportuns, rassembler des données et produire des fiches de rendement.
Poser des questions, vérifier la compréhension, fournir des explications claires et précises
Coopérer avec d’autres personnes dans le but d’atteindre les objectifs de l’équipe.
Bâtir des relations professionnelles stables et utiles.
Répondre en temps opportun aux demandes provenant des COE opérationnels, des services partagés des unités fonctionnelles (BU) et des Opérations comptables.
Signaler les problèmes non résolus à un directeur ou à un superviseur.
D’autres responsabilités seront également attribuées.

Basic Purpose:
Responsible for the day-to-day support of Institutional Investor Services (IIS) Units, acting as secondary point of contact for Business Unit inquiries and requests. Assist the team coordinating services for fund/product start-up/conversions, restructures and interacting with Client Service, Accounting Operations and global Centres of Excellence (COE’s) for the overall service delivery for their clients. IIS Client Support is responsible for managing internal risk and compliance matters pertaining to assigned client relationships, as well as coordinating (with applicable COE’s, Client Service and Accounting Operations) any required client specific reporting. IIS Client Support provides project leadership for training, maintaining relationships with IIS support areas including SAS, GSS and New Business Team.

Job Duties:
Perform assigned daily operations and processes including, but not limited to: New Fund Setup, Market Openings, Fund Closings, ID requests
Take full ownership of the assigned tickets, and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Investigate inquiries from internal clients
Assist with Account Administration including account openings, billing set up, tax reclaims/tax documentation, market openings/exits/updates, system access/ID administration and FAR set up
Assist with online support for various client-facing applications
Ensure timely and accurate production of reporting, collect data and produce report cards
Ask questions, check for understanding, provide explanation clearly and precisely
Work co-operatively with others to achieve team goals
Build stable and useful working relationships
Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from operational COEs, Business Unit (BU) Shared Services and BU Accounting Operations.
Elevate unresolved issues/problems to manager/officer.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Diplôme d’études collégiales ou baccalauréat en comptabilité, finances, ou en gestion d’entreprise, préféré.
Connaissance de la langue, des produits et du marché des titres, ainsi que des exigences juridiques et réglementaires, un atout.
Connaissance solide des applications MS Office, et des compétences en Excel.
Bonnes compétences d’organisation et une capacité d’établir des priorités dans des courts délais.
Bonne attention au détail.
Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
Aptitude à travailler en équipe.
Compréhension solide des fonctions opérationnelles, en matière de comptabilité de garde et des fonds.
Bilinguisme (français et anglais)

Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
Knowledge of securities markets, language and products as well as legal and regulatory requirements an asset
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, and proficiency in Excel
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments under tight deadlines
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written forms
Ability to work as a team player
Solid understanding of operational functions within both custody and fund accounting.
Bilingual (French and English)
