Corporate organization in the Mississauga area is looking for an Administration Coordinator for a temporary opportunity for 6 months with possible extension. Duties:
Supporting sales reps with marketing/meeting materials
Typing correspondences
Backup to reception
Working on web content
Supporting sales with all administrative support
Researching

Qualifications:
Post- secondary education is a must
Previous reception/switchboard experience
2-3 years of working experience in an administrative role
Working knowledge of In Design and MS Office, focusing on PowerPoint
Excellent communicator (Written/Verbal)
Ability to multitask
