As a Solution Center Agent, you will interact with end users, resellers and trusted partners, utilizing a variety of platforms (phone, email, remote support, live chat). Most of the clients you interact with are equally friendly restaurant managers. We care deeply about the customer experience which, ultimately, impacts their guest experience.

What you bring

We’re looking for a Technical Support Agent with a passion for tech to join our team!

We have both Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) and Part-Time (15-25 hours/week) Positions available.

You are the Voice of the Customer

Be a Squirrel brand ambassador, by providing the best customer experience in every interaction. You will work one-on-one with our clients, and ensure all of their questions are answered and issues resolved. Be the voice within Squirrel and ensure their needs are heard and addressed.

Unafraid to Make some Waves

With your keen eye for detail and ability to identify patterns, become an integral force within the support ecosystem, Go above and beyond! If you notice something that can be improved upon we want to hear about it. Be bold! Be Innovative!

Proactive and Professional

Unafraid of taking initiative, you answer client questions and address their issues promptly. You know how to balance your day, ask for help when you need it, and quickly assist your team when asked to step in.

Preferred Requirements of Position

  • Related call center experience preferred
  • Previous POS experience an asset
  • Diploma in technical discipline such as Computer Science preferred
  • Proficiency in internet-related applications such as email and FTP clients and Web Browsers
  • Ability to work well under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Must be flexible with schedule to work days, evenings and weekends as required
