Under the supervision and direction of the Information Technology (IT) manager, the IT Coordinator is responsible for assisting with maintaining daily operations of the IT environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
IT Support Analyst

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for users onsite and remote

Performs IT service provisioning (i.e. add/delete users, change of access, password resets, mailbox management)

Performs IT equipment provisioning, troubleshooting and repair

Administers server management

Troubleshoots various network issues

Performs backup and recovery monitoring and testing

Works with other departments and vendors on IT related projects

Assists in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users’ requirements

Completes other relevant duties as assigned

Requirements:
Two or four-year degree in Computer Science/Information Technology

1 – 3 years of proven working experience in the IT industry

Thorough knowledge of internet protocol and basic networking principles

Strong English communication skills and customer service orientation

Problem solving and root-cause determination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage numerous projects in a time-sensitive manner

Working knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 and Microsoft Office 2013/2016

Working knowledge of Microsoft server administration, including but not limited to: SharePoint, Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, File/Print, SQL, Windows 7/8/10, and Office 2013/2016

Working knowledge of VMware vSphere virtualization
