The purpose of the role is to operate an efficient order to cash flow utilizing processes and controls providing world class service to internal and external customers to ensure the order fulfillment process is carried out in accordance with all policies and procedures to achieve financial goals.

  • Direct and coordinate the activities of supporting team members to ensure accurate master data, timely shipment of goods and accurate invoicing to minimize DSO impact.
  • Effectively support KPI’s and yearly goals by identifying, initiating and implementing improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Receive, qualify, process, and expedite all sales orders for SNA business partners from purchase order to billing, effectively and efficiently
  • Effectively communicate order issues to Sales, CCS, Credit & A/R, Logistics, and other Sony personnel
  • Maintain positive customer relationships by providing customer support, product ETA, tracking information and pricing in response to inquiries.
  • Provide PODs as needed to customers for proper receipt of shipment for payment.
  • Report to customers on the status of orders at various stages of fulfilment
  • Ensure any automated transactions within ExpressNet, Winshuttle, and EDI are executed accurately.
  • Ensure timely review and controlled release of blocked orders
  • Resolve EDI Errors (IDOC -Intermediate Documents)
  • Ensure accuracy of customer master data pertaining to orders
  • Actively participate in identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency, cost savings and key initiatives
  • Work jointly with Sales, Marketing, CCS, and Credit teams to resolve and prevent disputes and claims.
  • Process payments and reconcile credit card transactions
