Responsibilities and Duties

The Marketing Coordinator’s Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Creates, develops, implements and updates marketing campaigns and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital ads, product videos, booth materials, displays and more…) to support the sales team reach its objectives.
  • Coordinates with outside vendors, designers, representatives, and programmers the creation, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Organizes promotional and industry events, such as national and international trade shows.
  • Oversees marketing efforts such as, but not limited to, customer surveys, email promotions, customer giveaways and develops new marketing methods.
  • Creates and manages social media postings and other e-marketing strategies.
  • Develops, designs and maintains Website, while making sure features, functionalities, and appearance support Company’s brands and development strategies.
  • Optimizes Search Engine Referencing.
  • Runs marketing reports, forecasting, and objectives in conjunction with sales data to monitor campaign progress, results and suggest improvements.
  • Provide administrative support for planning, scheduling, shipping, contacts management and mailing lists.
  • Actively uses and updates CRM tools such as but not limited to ACT/Saleslogix/Salesforce.

Knowledge of Salesforce, Adobe, CMS & CRM applications and MS Office is a must.

Functional French, knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical and surgical terminology is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour

Required experience:

  • Marketing: 3 years
