Reporting to the Store Manager, you will plan, organize and oversee the delivery of outstanding products and services. You will achieve daily sales targets by providing outstanding service to our customers. You will also manage the merchandising and advertising for the Home Meal Replacment department.

Our HMR departments offer our customers a wide-range of ready to eat or ready to cook meal solutions. Job Requirements

Previous retail management experience, preferably in a Deli/HMR Department

Outstanding leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills

Excellent customer service skills

Thorough understanding of health and safety legislation, policies and practices

Thorough understanding of provincial food handling practices.

Familiarity with Sobeys programs is an asset
