Clinic Team Leader:

 Ensuring that the clinic is running efficiently and that patients are being seen for their appointments in a timely manner.

 Build and maintain a strong relationship with employees, doctors, and other key stakeholders to share information, provide support and ensure consistency and quality in the delivery of service to patients and clients;

 Ordering of clinic and office supplies

 Effectively manage staff including performance management, recruitment, motivating staff to achieve objectives, conducting performance appraisals, providing ongoing mentoring, and feedback and absence management

 Acts as a resource to patients and physicians as needed to ensure the completion and/or oversee tasks related to clinical delivery.

 Self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision, while delivering the highest standards of patient care, leadership and customer service;

 Successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making

 Passionate about preventive health and wellness;

 Committed to delivering the highest standard in patient care and client experience.

 Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and government bodies

Clinical Requirements:

 Initiating sleep study assessments;

 Initiating prescribed CPAP/BIPAP therapy

 Educating patients on general use and best practice for the equipment

 Support patients through regular follow-up to ensure continued compliance

 Enthusiasm for providing exceptional patient care, customer service

 Lead with compassion and empathy

 Be able to work independently, have strong organizational and excellent communication skills

 Clinical experience coupled with strong assessment skills

 Have the desire to be part of a team environment

 Results oriented, driven by patient success

 Have excellent multi-tasking capabilities

 Strong computer skills; attention to detail; follow up diligence

 Good communication skills in English language.

Qualifications:

 *Preference will be given to Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Respiratory Therapy or Nursing.

 Good computer skills

Assets:

 Bilingual in English and French

 A valid driver’s license, in good standing (G full privilege license of at least 3 years required, at minimum)

 Formal business education

 Sales experience

 Excellent relationship skills demonstrated through customer service experience (being the direct point of contact with customers) in a Health Care or Retail Environment
