Simpson’s Num-Ti-Jah Lodge operates a Hotel with 16 guest rooms, Restaurant, a Cafe and a Gift Shop from May to October each year. This historic property provides an incredible summer opportunity for staff to enjoy an experience really like no other, living semi-remotely and off the grid on the shores of beautiful Bow Lake in Banff National Park, establishing ever-lasting friendships with guests and co-workers and having backyard access to some of the world’s most spectacular outdoor adventures in hiking, camping, climbing and sight-seeing. Bow Lake is located 35 kilometers / 22 miles North of Lake Louise on the scenic Icefields Parkway (Hwy 93 N), 195 kilometers / 120 miles South of the Jasper Town-site.

We are seeking a hard-working, dedicated independent and experienced individual to fill the position of Front Desk Agent for the duration of the 2017 summer season. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the hire for this position shall ensure smooth and efficient Front Office operations, always striving to improve the overall operation and providing exceptional quality and service to each guest every time, while maintaining a professional and positive culture.

Job Requirements:

Language(s): English (French and other languages are an asset)

Certification: Occupational Health & Safety Standards

Desired Certification: WHIMIS, CPR, First Aid
