You will be supporting the business objectives through implementing human resources programs and strategies
Responding to inquiries on a wide range of human resources initiatives, including but not limited to: recruitment employee, relations performance management and HR administration
Support the day to day Human Resources operational activities within assigned client groups
Respond to employee questions regarding Human Resources policies, procedures and programs and provide feedback and suggestions that positively affect employment experience
Produce regular as well as ad-hoc reports to analyze and identify trends for client groups that contribute to overall targets and objectives
Work in collaboration with colleagues across the country in the implementation of Human Resources initiatives as directed by the people strategies of the specific Business Unit or Siemens Canada
Keep abreast of industry trends and employment legislation in order to effectively coach counsel and provide professional advice to client groups
University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources
8-10 years of related experience
Ability to assert ideas and influence others as it pertains to Human Resources issues and programs
Strong organization active listening and multitasking skills
ability to identify areas of development to create an action plan and deliver results
able to develop strong relationships with the internal clients, gain credibility and be viewed as a value-add business partner
very good knowledge of English both written and spoken
very good knowledge of French both written and spoken
