Senior Desktop Support Analyst to support a Windows 10 upgrade project Location: Regina
Duties will include:
- Preparing computers for upgrade - updating the BIOS, changing settings and installing additional RAM.
- Troubleshooting failed upgrades.
Troubleshooting operating system and application issues that arise during the Windows 10/Office365 upgrades.
- Installing/testing applications and peripherals.
- Assisting users with navigating and using Windows 10/Office365.
Must have:
- Experience with Windows 10.
- Hardware experience – setting up workstations and installing RAM.
- Help Desk/Entry Level, Desktop Support Technician 5 – 7 years
- Must-have: Please outline your experience as a Desktop Support Analyst supporting a Windows 10 upgrade project
Work to be done onsite in Regina but will need to travel to other client locations throughout the province. Some overnight stays will be required. Must have a valid driver’s licence. There will be some travel required within Southern Saskatchewan.
