Our client located in Surrey BC requires an IT Support Analyst for an initial three month contract.

Requirements
1st Level Support for PC’s, Windows Servers, Accounts,Printers and Kodak Scanner.
Work with I/T Team who are located remotely and will provide 2nd/ 3rd Level Support.
Assist customers in configuration and operability issues,replicating the problem where necessary
Monitor and handle client ticketing via email for incidents.
May be required to work after hours and weekends.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in a technical or business disciplinewith preference given to Microsoft or CompTIA certified candidates
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience supporting customers on site or by phone on software, network / Basic IP, Network Protocol, SNMP Knowledge, Database Background, IIS, Virtual Environment, and/or printing issues in a Microsoft environment.
Windows Server, Active Directory experience.
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Strong organizational skills
Ability to participate in a scheduled rotation shift schedule, and on-call for occasional after hours support requests
