Position Duration: October – Late April – possibility of extension/permanency

Rotation: 10 days on, 10 days off

Reporting to the Fort McMurray Service Manager, The Service Supervisor will be accountable for the efficient, effective and safe operations of the site, including the delivery, service, repair and maintenance of the Enerbuilt equipment.


  • Responsible for supervising, coaching, and training of Service Technicians and their work in the field
  • Organize, delegate, and supervise the service jobs and projects as required
  • Actively manage the work order process for work required
  • Liaise with Engineering Department to provide continuous improvement and feedback on the equipment
  • Schedule and provide regular service and maintenance to equipment owned and rented by Enerbuilt Technologies Inc.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers of Enerbuilt Technologies Inc.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely fashion in all aspects of the job
  • Participate actively as a team player
  • Be a role model to Equipment Technicians


  • Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic
  • Knowledge of Engines and related software
  • Ability to work with computers (Word and Excel) on a daily basis
  • Knowledge of Inventory and Warranty systems
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule with overtime and on call hours.
  • Work requires willingness to travel and be out of town on a regular basis.
