Our customer, a pioneer in the financial service industry, is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist (5712).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise organizational communications;
• Ensure communications prepared by other staff meet organizational standards;
• Provide communication counsel to other staff;
• Organize, prepare, and maintain communication content on department site and social community;
• Develop fresh story ideas for department social community;
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for town halls, technical talks, and similar events;
• Assist in preparing department presentations;
• Work closely with Divisional Communication team to provide consistent messaging, processes, and alignment;
• Drive activities within the department in support of the Divisional Communication strategy.
