Roles and Responsibilities

• Work directly with our Chief Financial Officer and finance team to identify and execute cost cutting initiatives to increase our profit margin
• Work directly with our Director of Corporate Strategy to identify acquisition targets and complete exhaustive due diligence on potential deals
• Work with directly with our Director of Corporate strategy on several post-acquisition implementation projects of recently acquired companies

Qualifications

• Current Post Secondary Student **
• Highly energetic and personable with a driven self-starter attitude
• Have the ability to work in a fun and fast-paced dynamic environment with loosely defined boundaries
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times and have an amiable personality with an uncanny ability to spark a fruitful conversation with a complete stranger
• Maintain a positive outlook at all times seeing every new challenge as a potential to self-improve and deliver exceptional results
• Strong sense of confidence and assertiveness
• Desire to outcompete others and to be the best at what you do
• Ability to consistently demonstrate a hard work ethic by setting clear goals and deadlines, and working with minimal supervision to meet those goals

Performance Based Compensation
