Optometry Clinic is looking for a part-time receptionist to work in our Westmount location. Previous reception experience in the medical field is preferred but not required. The successful candidate must have a reliable form of transportation, as well as be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; hours must be flexible as the clinic is open 10-6:30. We are looking for a cheerful and optimistic individual to add to our team!

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Provide excellent patient service

· Answering clinic inquires, booking and confirming appointments

· Receiving and checking in patients

· Checking insurance, creating invoices and collecting payment

· Sort through incoming mail and orders

Performing other duties as required
