Job Summary

Company seeks an organized, detail-oriented person to enter orders, coordinate routing and follow up on schedule. Good trouble shooting and customer service skills are essential.

This is a phone position. It’s good if you have experience in EDI (Electronic Data Exchange) is as orders are received through this system along with emails, faxes and incoming phone calls.

Job Description:

• Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
