• Investigate, research, and recommend final risk rating for high risk accounts
• Apply advanced research skills to develop business intelligence on specific industries and business models to support expert and in-depth anti-money laundering investigations of commercial and corporate business relationships
• Prepare and escalate activity deemed as ‘Unusual Transactions’ to GAMLU by ensuring adequate and accurate supporting documents are submitted to the Sr. Manager EDDU to validate.
• Maintain proper records and audit trail of due diligence activity and disposition actions for all alerts
•Receives strategic direction from the SR. Manager EDDU


•Identify the risk profile of customers, including those that are ineligible for RDC.
•Complete sufficient Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) prior to on-boarding
•Receive sign-off for all RDC customers (including Normal risk) by a compliance function within the business line that is independent of sales (referred to in this Policy as the “1B” Business Line Compliance Function); High Risk customers require escalated approvals.


Strong analytical skills to make rational and logical deductions, at times with limited information. Ability to gather, analyze, organize, document and present large volumes of information in a succinct and organized manner
• Solid knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and KYC policies and procedures
• Experience and a sound understanding of Corporate and Commercial business banking activity and practices
• Experience with Global Transaction Banking products and services including international wire payments would be valuable
• Proficiency with Bank product systems/platforms and common computer applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

ACAMS designation is a plus
