As a key member of the Administrative team, you are accountable for providing administrative support in order to contribute to the smooth operation of the SHEPP office. This position is also responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities and initiatives of SHEPPs Executive Administration team.

You will be responsible for:
-performing office duties including reception, filing, photocopying, faxing, printing, courier, mail sorting, delivery and other general administrative duties;
-assisting with purchasing and payment of goods and services;
-coordinating meeting logistics, travel arrangements and conference registrations;
-assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the corporate records management and retention program; and
-providing support to Executive Administration as it relates to Board document archiving, preparation of Board expense claims, meeting arrangements and other related administrative duties.

To succeed in this position you must have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and a passion for bringing an administrative perspective to serving the best interests of the organisation and our stakeholders. Qualified candidates will possess a certificate or diploma in business administration and one or more years of administrative support experience. You have well-developed computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and are an efficient team oriented individual, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
