As an integral member of the Office Administration team, you provide senior-level administrative support to stakeholders. The primary responsibilities include:
-Serve as liaison and provide senior-level administrative support to one of SHEPPs key stakeholder groups, including: preparing and distributing meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and materials; evaluating and updating online content; and establishing procedures and processes for timely communication.
-Provide senior-level administrative support to SHEPPs management team including: facilitating correspondence; coordinating registration and travel arrangements, conferences and events; and planning the logistics of internal meetings and training events.
-Provide support to the HR function including coordinating logistics and preparing materials for recruitment, employee engagement and retention activities.
-Provide support for member and employer engagement activities including scheduling presentations and compiling annual statistics.

To succeed in this position you must have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and a passion for bringing an administrative perspective to serving the organisation and our stakeholders. Qualified candidates will possess a certificate or diploma in business administration with three or more years of senior-level administrative experience with a Board or executive committee. You have well-developed computer skills, excellent judgment and are an efficient team-oriented individual, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
