Position Summary
The intern will be asked to carry out actions to support the roll-out of training activities for the 4 training specialists in place.

Key responsibilities for this job

Compile training activities information to comply with the requirements of bill 90;
prepare training sessions (national meetings, new rep training, etc.);
printing and assembling training material;
document layout and formatting, etc.;
prepare the training material to be reviewed by the Medical Dept. on the ZINC platform;
save and organize the training documents on the Konnect platform. Assist the training specialists where needed in their different educational initiatives.

Key requirements for this job

In the midst of completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Communication and/or Marketing and/or Education.

Event logistics and communication experience are assets.

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
