Motorcycle Safety Instructor

SAITs School of Health and Public Safety is looking for experienced and Alberta Transportation approved motorcycle riding instructors to instruct in our Motorcycle Safety program. This is an exciting new offering at SAIT, at a state of the art classroom, and on-road training facility.

Note: These are temporary, contract positions working weekends and some weekday evenings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Instructors will be responsible for classroom theory instruction, and on-road instruction in a large contained area. Instructors are also expected to maintain knowledge of industry trends in Motorcycle Safety, and have above average knowledge of motorcycle maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Alberta Transportation approved Class 6 instructor
• Extensive motorcycle riding experience
• Current Standard First AID, and level C CPR
• Some Instructional experience is an asset

Successful candidates must provide proof of qualifications. Only education obtained from an accredited institution will be recognized.
