Typing of documents

Photocopying, binding, faxing and laminating documents

Check documents for accuracy

Receive payments

Create cheque requisitions

Skills and Experience:

Well-developed organisational and time management skills

Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Strong verbal communication skills

Moderate level of computer literacy

Ability to work within a team environment

Understanding and of the functions of an administration team
