Duration: 1 Year (Chance of Extension)

JOB DESCRIPTION/BUSINESS CHALLENGE: The manager is looking to bring on a Change Management Analyst to complete the remainder of an existing 1 year contract to start, with expectation of extension or conversion. Our client has a mandate that all LOB’s must have compliant change management processes in place; this particular role is to build out the Change Management within 2 key projects. If they do not implement this; they will not meet compliance standards and risk the termination of existing projects. This is for pure organization change management. They must understand Change Management Methodology. They’re tasked with building out the change practice within this organization. This is being funded through two key initiatives; ecompossion a new shared service offering 2nd project; enterprise infrastructure transformation for existing services. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Management, the Change Analyst is responsible for leading change activities for key projects within the Digitization & Automation portfolio. The Change Analyst is the voice of the employee and/or customer at the table, and ensures their needs are represented. The Change Analyst will identify and evaluate stakeholders’ needs and create specific and measurable change strategies. The practitioner will engage training, practice management and client experience partners as needed and will deliver communication, procedure and training deliverables to drive engagement, adoption and proficient utilization so that the full benefits of the project can be realized.

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: Digitization and Automation (D&A) is addressing the organizational priority of advancing digital capabilities. The D&A group work with their partners to meet the steadily increasing employee and customer demands for a digitally enabled, frictionless experience for both sales and service. Our goal is to enable the achievement of direct processing for document-based interactions throughout the organization and eliminate duplication across services and channels. Job Description

*MUST HAVE:
- 3-5 Years Experience in an Organizational Change Management role in a project environment.
- 3-5 Years Experience creating detailed change plans and delivering against an existing strategy
- 3-5 Years Experience developing stakeholder impact assessments, identifying key levers and preparing materials to address those levers

NICE TO HAVE: *
- Experience assessing change with a portfolio viewpoint
- Experience working with technology team

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans with measurable objectives based on the nature of the project or initiative
- Develop stakeholder impact assessments that identify the groups being impacted by the change, identify potential risks and resistance, and make recommendations on how we will prepare people for the change
- Develop communication plans, engage key partners to deliver communications and training strategies and materials
- Consistently apply the Enterprise Change Management methodology throughout the life cycle of a project, process improvement or business as usual initiative as assigned
- Support or lead the change management workstream within the project team and ensure integration of change management activities into the overall project plan to prepare for a successful launch
- Track the progress of activities within the change management workstream and ensure all partners remain on track with their deliverables
- Provide advice and guidance to partners regarding best practices in change management to assist with discussion and decision-making
- Work with key partners from the project team and the business in the formulation of strategies, plans and activities to support project implementation and user adoption
- Build strong and productive relationships with management and key partners and work with them to plan and deliver a structured change approach for stakeholder engagement, communications, training and launch
- Conduct post-implementation assessments that evaluate the success of the change and present findings in a concise and meaningful way that ties back to business benefits
- Assess the sustainment of change once it is embedded into business as usual operations; develop tactics to address any barriers to sustainment

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of change management methodology and best practices
- Strong understanding of how to support culture shifts and modify behaviour in a professional setting
- Excellent, advanced communication skills including verbal and written communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation
- Superior impact and influence skills to effectively engage and manage stakeholders and recommend creative and strategic solutions to successfully implement change
- Proven ability to demonstrate confidence and competency to instill peace of mind for business stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities under sometimes severe time constraints
- Strong consultation and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated experience with projects, including organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing workstream deliverables
- Broad business, organizational and operational knowledge
- Confidence working in ambiguous situations
- Versatile self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with superior attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Tool Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project)

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:

- Knowledge of people change management principles and practices
- 3-5 years of experience working in a change management role
- Experience working on projects under a clear methodology
- Experience working with technology teams and experience with SDLC an asset
- Completion of Enterprise Change Management training an asset
