Our client located in Scarborough near the 401 and Warden is looking for a Junior Analyst . This is a 3 month contract with a HIGH possibility of an extension. This is a 24/7 desk (rotational shifts – mostly day & afternoon, occasionally night shifts).

What you will be doing:

  • Responds to telephone calls and emails on customer issues
  • Conciscely document and prioritize issues by urgency to escalate to POS technicians and technical support staff
  • Track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution

What we are looking for:

  • Strong communication skills and customer service skills over the phone and via email
  • Previous customer support experience
  • Ability to document issues in a ticketing system
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills to assess problem situations quickly and prioritize urgency
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food services is a major plus
  • Bilingual French and English is a major plus
