Job Summary

Looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented, tech savvy and self-starter type of individual in this exciting fast-paced Real Estate environment supporting a Real Estate agent. You must have a car and previous administrative experience. There is some out-of-office travel within the GTA. Please email me with details of your experience and training.

This role is part-time, looking for approx. 20 hours/week. Desk, PC & Desk Phone provided in Realtor’s office.

This role is for you if:

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels within the business
  • You are detail-oriented, self-starter, highly organized and can work independently
  • You are reliable, hard-working, creative and trustworthy
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes stressful environment
  • You are tech savvy and comfortable with using various systems, websites and social media is a must

Responsibilities:

  • Website & social media management
  • Run general errands and tasks like pick-ups, drop-offs, key exchanges, Post Office runs
  • Tasks for listing properties and managing buyer clients: schedule photographers, sign-installations, showing feedback calls to other agents, buyers and clients, schedule buyer showings
  • Organizing office, office files and documents
  • Keep up to date on data entry, database and client relationship management
  • Type offers using Web Forms
  • Assist with open houses when needed
  • Marketing duties (Brochures, Pamphlets, and Email Blasts etc.)
  • Email management
  • Typing of various letters and documents
  • Upload and update listings on MLS

Job Requirements:

  • Must have administrative and/or real estate experience
  • Experience using CRM, Microsoft Word & Excel, Outlook and electronic signing applications
  • Must have own form of transportation (mandatory)
  • Proficient with technology – computers, cellular, social media, internet is a must

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

  • Admin and/or Real Estate: 1 year

Required license or certification:

  • Drivers License G
