The seasoned IT Technical Analyst is responsible for providing excellent technical analysis and support to our user base of clinicians, administrators and vendors. The successful candidate takes full accountability by clearly assessing the user issue or project task, sourcing knowledge bases accordingly to understand possible solutions, documenting the steps needed, implementing and providing follow-up and closure.

Requirements: • Hands on deployment of virtualized servers, desktops, notebooks, printers and phones.
• Deploying or hands on experience with Exchange, Active Directory, Spam filters, VDI, Virtualization, SAN, Firewalls, Backups.
• Comfortable working with networking devices in a data center environment.
• Able to implement and use network monitoring tools.
• Able to analyze the user issues and project tasks to offer sustainable solutions.
• ITIL Certified.
• Demonstrated experience with help desk, project management and change management.
• Familiar with HTML and/or a programming language.
• Excellent communication both oral and written. Able to product clear documentation.
• Excellent customer service.
