Rockwell Collins ARINC Managed Services (AMS) is a leading provider of IT Maintenance Services. We are presently seeking an Information Systems Specialist for our Montreal, Quebec Canada location.

The candidate will:

• Provide technical support for computers and associated networks.
• Troubleshoot and repair personal computers and associated peripherals.
• Assist in analyzing failed equipment; and assist in installation projects and special projects.

*** This position is shift based and candidate will need to provide on call support. ***

Qualifications
Required Experience:

• One year of experience as a field service technician in a technical support capacity.
• High School degree required.
• Experience supporting various hardware and peripheral components in an on-site environment
• Experience in network connectivity/cabling and networking
• Experience working directly in a customer service environment.
• Experience with customer service/customer interaction.

Education Experience:

• High School degree or equivalent.
