Our client, a publicly traded company that provides business services throughout North America, is actively recruiting for a well-established Chief Financial Officer to provide leadership to their organization.

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer is to be responsible for providing corporate leadership by planning, evaluating and controlling all aspects of the financial functions, in addition to providing mentorship to the accounting and finance team.

Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: providing guidance for all financial decisions by establishing and monitoring policies and procedures; preparation of external reporting packages, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow; collecting and interpreting financial data to evaluate financial conditions; as well as attending and presenting in meetings to key stakeholders. Our client is looking for a CFO for an exciting full time opportunity. As the Chief Financial Officer, you will have a strategic mindset and a demonstrated track record in leading financial operations for a growing company. A strong reporting background within a public company, and experience implementing and designing processes and controls are required.

As the ideal candidate, you will have 10+ years’ progressive senior leadership experience within a high growth environment, as well as experience within a public company overseeing reporting functions. Please note that completion of a CA, CGA, or CMA designation is required, and prior exposure to the services industry is an asset.
