Invoicing, reception and general office work
Reception tasks include:

• Redirecting callers needing assistance, greeting customers and suppliers, receiving and distribution of mail, preparing the outgoing mail.

Secretarial work includes:

• Closing invoices and obtaining the necessary purchase order
• Internal invoicing between the various profit centers.
• Transfer to accounting for payment

Assisting the General manager

• Being in contact with all the daily operations of service, to effectively assist the general manager.
• Being discreet on all office issues.
• Follow-up on purchase customer purchase orders and invoicing
• Keeping the office tidy
