Role: landscape labour

Wage Range: $12-15/ hour depending on experience, will to learn, and want to work

Type of position: full time April – end December, part time during winter months (snow)

Hours: 40-60 hours weekly

Location: Dartmouth (HRM)

We need some people who want to help us make the world a better place, one project at a time. Our projects range from small day jobs to large multi week jobs entailing every aspect of landscaping including sod, hardscaping (retaining walls, walkways, patios, stairs, etc), as well as property maintenance such as mowing and gardening. Our team is responsible for delivering our projects to our customers on time and on budget – this is no easy task….we work very diligently to make this happen.

The successful candidate will have:

• Some background, either education or experience in landscaping or
• Life experience and a personality that makes us feel you are ready to join and be a team player in an organization that believes in teamwork to it’s core. An ability and a willingness to learn, and being able to ask is more helpful then a few years experience.
• Career aspirations that ensure you actually want to help us reach our mission through personal growth and contribution to a growing company. With a growing company, there is room for personal and career growth. A person who shows they want to learn, and can show leadership will be able to make a career within the company.
• A valid drivers license is mandatory.
• Preferably lives in Dartmouth. We work throughout the HRM, however our shop is on the Dartmouth side.
