Our crane division is is looking to hire an AR/ Job cost employee in the Langley, BC branch to help expand our growing company. This role is intended to look after the crane accounting needs for one of our regional areas and assist with job cost on some construction projects. To start the role is more focused on data entry but will expand into more of an accounting role based what additional responsibility the employee is looking to pursue.

While the contract is for 1 year if all parties agree the role can continue past this point.

Job Tasks:

- Accounts payable entry and statement follow up

- Invoicing and AR followup

- Payroll Entry / Proofing

- Customer Service

- Minor Job Costing and Invoicing

- Some travel (company paid) is required (up to 3 weeks at a time)

We are looking for:

- Proficient in MS Excel

- Team spirit and ability to work under pressure

- Great time management and multitasking skills

- Not afraid of asking tough questions

- Must have minimum certificate in related field (business, accounting, econmics etc)

- Someone looking to continue their post-secondary education

- 1-2 year’s office or payroll experience

Compensation:

- $40,000 – $45,000/year

- Benefit Plan (including dental)

- Schooling Compensation
