Customer Service Representative @ Ritual

About you

Do you like talking to people? Are you a clear communicator? We’re looking for someone to be the primary liaison between our customers and Ritual. Our #1 focus as a company is customer satisfaction and our bar is very high in making sure we solve their problems and that their needs are met. While things will move at a fast pace, ensuring that happiness levels stay at 100% is the ultimate reward. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging customers through emails/calls, and collaborating with our operations and sales teams to resolve issues and turn negative experiences into positive ones
  • Monitoring the customer order pipeline during peak hours and solving problems in real time to ensure every Ritual user is given a fantastic experience.
  • Resolving merchant partner technical issues and troubleshoot difficulties with efficiency and effective communication in order to bring value to the merchant-Ritual relationship.
  • Having a positive attitude mixed in with a sense of urgency are key indicators to success in this role.


    • Friendly and customer service oriented demeanor
    • At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, and/or customer support
    • Highly results driven with setting high goals and doing what it takes to meet and exceed expectations
    • Restaurant industry or hospitality experience is a plus
    • Proven history of customer support success (preferred)
    • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
    • Superior organizational skills and great follow through on tasks
    • Ability to troubleshoot wifi network issue
    • Passion for coffee, food, and people
