Job Description:

Ridge Wilderness Adventures is currently looking for a temporary Office Manager to join our awesome team. This is a 9 month contract (with possibility of extension), Tuesday – Saturday, Full-Time position based in Abbotsford, BC. Position start: February 15, 2018.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via answering phone and emails
  • Scheduling staff and booking clients
  • Payroll data entry
  • Manage job postings and recruitment efforts
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Schedule events as required
  • Handle invoicing of clients

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduation, required
  • Experience working with Quickbooks, preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Self-motivated
  • Organized
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $17.00 /hour
