The Manager Talent Acquisition plays a critical role, responsible for the end to end process of sourcing and selecting top talent for the organization at an optimal cost. The Manager Talent Acquisition functions as a Consultant to the business helping to identify and create programs and partnerships with schools and vendors to help the recruitment function meet its strategic goals while providing world class customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The Manager Talent Acquisition will develop leading edge recruitment, including employer branding, nationally for Ricoh Canada. He or she will provide consultative support to HR Business partners on development and deployment of proactive recruitment strategies and ensure the supply and network of qualified talent to meet current and future needs. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the Talent Acquisition function, including contracted recruiters, and external agency partners. * Act as engagement liaison by working collaboratively with HR and aligned business areas to help determine forecasting, special projects and business initiatives. o Validation of staffing and headcount plans for functional area supported o Forecasting requisition volume & hiring event needs o Co-ownership of project and related communications * Design, develop and implement full-cycle recruiting strategies working in partnership with Hiring Managers and HR Business partners. Review recruiting process and continuously identify keys areas for improvement. * Develop and establish recruitment tools and standardized processes which support an effective recruiting and selection process. This can include: sourcing strategies, talent management systems, talent evaluation tools, interviewing techniques, etc. * Continue to develop and maintain strong business relationships with Business Leaders, HR Business partners in order to act as a subject matter expert and true business partner on all recruitment activities and initiatives. * Be proactive in researching recruitment industry trends and implementing bestpractices in order to keep the Ricoh Canada Talent Acquisition function on the leading edge. * Lead the development and support of Ricoh Canada Talent Branding initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications) * Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred * Minimum 5 years of overall HR experience * Must have a proven track record of progressive human resource and talent acquisition experience at a manager level * Must have a proven track record of relationship building with internal and external customers * Must have a proven track record partnering with Sr. Level leaders in a complex, matrix environment.
