Job Description: As a Reynolds and Reynolds Business Consultant you will use a strong technical understanding of the current Reynolds applications and a well-developed dealership operational expertise to provide a full range of dealership operations consulting services.
The primary goal for this position is to establish an effective professional relationship that ensures an increase in customer profits in order to drive recurring consulting sales. This position requires regular follow-up visits to maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing support for services contracted, as well as problem resolution for our customers. Business Consultants need to be familiar with cutting-edge dealership processes and operational trends in order to sell this knowledge to both new and existing customers. Training: On the job training with multiple mentors for approximately 90 days.
Requirements: – 3 or more years of experience working in an automotive dealership required – University degree or College diploma in Business, Accounting, Sales, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience – Bilingualism (French/English) is required – Excellent customer relationship skills with persuasive communication and presentation skills – Ability to be efficient in an independent environment – Must be able to travel to the U.S. – Prepared to travel extensively, up to five nights a week – Full Canadian driver’s license with a good driving record and credit history Benefits: We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
