Position:
Sweat Equity Partner Wanted
Location:
Calgary, AB

Graphic design, website and social media experience (particularly wordpress, facebook, instagram and Pinterest) and knowledge or experience in the photography…

I am looking for a business partner for an online photography marketplace (reviews.photography) that currently exists but I need another person to help take it to the next level.
The product has amazing capability, a good presence and several differential advantages. Building to full capacity and full potential will yield an impressive cash machine. We started this about 7 months ago so you are coming in at a very early stage.
We have funding for the next 12-24 months and there is no financial buy in for you. We are looking for somebody to earn sweat equity in the venture. The first month we would pay you a token amount to see if the partnership can work, then agree on a future equity trade.
The applicant can come from any background and be young or experienced. All applicants must have a small business and/or entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal person would have time to dedicate to the venture outside regular working hours.
Ideal qualities include: being amiable, open minded, a strong marketing background and solid communication skills.
Bonus skill sets include: graphic design, website and social media experience (particularly wordpress, facebook, instagram and Pinterest) and knowledge or experience in the photography industry.
Note that as this is a very new venture and we anticipate you not being able to draw any funds for at least the first 12 months.
Please respond with a cover letter indicating your experience with operating a business (if any) or your goal of doing so.
